My Health Pal ⎯ One App, All of Healthcare.

This project was born from my personal frustrations while managing my personal health condition and struggling to navigate the healthcare system, as the only english-speaking person in my immigrant family. The overwhelming array of medications, appointments, and tests intensified my struggle, particularly during my transition from paediatric to adult healthcare.

Despite advancements, patients like me still grappled with paper scripts and scattered medical information. Existing apps offered fragments of the solution but failed to provide a comprehensive, understandable platform, a necessity especially for young adults venturing into managing their health independently.

Realistically, the feasibility this product hypothetical idea would be significantly influenced by the current laws, regulations in the health sector, and the government's openness to consolidating people's health information into a unified system. However, the motivation behind this passion project persists – to bridge the gap between paediatric and adult care for patients.

My Health Pal is more than just an app; it embodies a vision to create a more accessible, inclusive, and thoughtful world. Drawing from personal experiences, I channeled my frustrations into an innovative project, giving a voice to accessibility and inclusivity. This endeavour has been deeply satisfying, reflecting my dedication to making a meaningful impact.
